This fused glass plate was created by glass artist Jen Smith in her home glass studio in Milwaukee, WI. When creating this piece she starts with a 10” square piece of glass. Stencils are used create the pattern in powdered glass. Once the plate goes through an initial firing to fuse the pattern, it is then cooled and put back into the kiln to be slumped into the plate shape.
PLEASE NOTE: The dots add texture to the plate. NOT Food Safe and Please Hand Wash.
